I'm Ester Paulino. 
My journey has taken me from the classroom to the tech world, from coaching on the field to designing digital experiences, and from arts administration to the path of art therapy. At the core of every role I’ve held—art educator, soccer coach, UX designer, tech sales professional, and museum program manager—has been a deep passion for creating spaces where people, both children and adults, can explore their creativity, emotions, and sense of self.

Through my experiences, I’ve honed my ability to empathize, design thoughtful programs, and build meaningful connections. Whether shaping art education programs, developing interactive experiences, or fostering creative communities, my work is driven by a belief in the power of creativity as a tool for healing, self-expression, and transformation. As I move toward a future in art therapy, I remain committed to designing experiences that inspire growth, reflection, and emotional well-being.
